Comfort Inn Lethbridge South

"I was charged on my debit card for the "deposit" amount and was never refunded this money. So I payed through Orbitz and then when I got there the staff member informed me that my credit card could not be used for the $200.00 deposit. So instead he "did me a favor" by using my debit card to hold the money instead and said that I would be refunded in the morning. Well instead of charging the deposit on the debit card he charged me for the room on that debit card and so I was charged twice. Once by him and once by Orbitz. He charged my card for $176 and and Orbitz charged me $129. I have not received a refund and that was over a week ago now. I have tried calling and the phone number doesn't work. The rest of my time passing through Canada was straight forward, but I highly recommend avoiding Lethbridge Canada unless you are familiar with the area."

"This property is showing its age. It needs to have a good overhaul. We feel it needs to have a muster point and staff to direct the patrons as during our stay, we had 4 false fire alarms in one night with alot of us milling around outside with no direction. Hopefully this can be addressed."

"Everything was great except for the pots, pans, and kettle. They were old and not in suitable condition for cooking. It would be great if they could be replaced with newer ones."
