"We loved our room that had a small Balcony overlooking the swimming pool. However, during the time that we were there, there was also a large group of hockey players staying for a tournament. The walls aren't thick enough to block off sound so you might want to request from reception if they can get a room for you on the other side. But if you are not bothered by that, it is all good. The staff are very friendly from reception to house keeping to anybody that we interacted with in the halls... always smiling, greeting the guests... I would have thought that things would've been busy with the amount of guests during that weekend, but everyone was still accommodating and helpful."

"The Philippine staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was new, clean and well maintained. The only thing was the pool was cold and does not have a slide."

"A part la vue extérieure je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi dégueulasse !!! Heureusement que javais ma literie sinon je couchais dans l'auto,Tapis pas de balayeuse, vitre miroir,porte du frigo noir, assiette de micro onde sale toilette dégueulasse plancher pas laver depuis ???? Et non remboursable je ne parle pas assez bien anglais pour m'expliquer ont est aller acheter du nettoyant avant meme de toucher à quelque chose, notre voisin de chambre un travailleur nous a dit que c'est lui qui nettoyait meme le bbq extérieur, piscine vide le bain épouvantable !! Et je vous dit qu'ont a pas marcher nue pied ont fait le tour du BC depuis 8 jours et ont voyage beaucoup mais ca c'est du jamais vue!!!"
