"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

Also, the check in process was perfect; however, the shared bathroom situation was a bit off-putting. Now, I’ve stayed at many locations with shared bathrooms so that wasn’t the issue. "Convenient location if you have a car, close to downtown and plenty of nearby food and shops. Rooms are clean, we took the 3-person room and it was about average size for that room capacity in Iceland. Check-in is painless, they message you your key-code beforehand through Expedia and email. Breakfast is included and is all-you-can-eat, free coffee in the evenings and soup and takeaway boxes available for purchase. Only real complaints are that the Parking garage is quite cramped, only 16 listed...
