"Great location. Checking in was a breeze. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in. He was just lovely and had lots of useful information. The lobby also had fresh fruit to grab if you needed a snack. Complementary water and cookies in the room. Great layout, we had a partial view of the ocean. We were only there for one night, but would definitely stay longer next time."

"Best view in all of Laguna beach the room was so nice the highlight was the staff and valet from Tyson to Katie to Gabe to Kyle 10 star service we will be visiting again and are so thankful they made sure our days on vacation were very special thank you all so much!!!"

"Could not believe how much charm every corner of this venue had. My wife and I spent 2 nights here and were sad we didnt book at least 5 more! great location and Shaws cove just 3 minute walk away is arguably one of the most scenic spots on the whole CA coastline. cant recommend more"

"I arrived pretty late but there was a sweet old man who checked in me. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice, didn’t really like that the pool was right there connected to the lobby. Loved that it was a 2 min walk to the beach !"

"Absolutely loved it here! Property is beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Our room was perfect, with the waves crashing right below us. I had Ali, the concierge manager set up our room while at dinner for my proposal to my girlfriend. It was perfect with rose pedals and candles. Definitely will be back!!"

"My pet Vito was welcomed and that’s so important to us since we travel with him all the time. The staff was friendly. Rooms were roomie and clean. The pool and spa were well maintained. Clean towels were always available to us. We enjoyed the balcony and breeze that came in through back door. Agate beach was literally just across the street. So many wonderful restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back again!"

"This is the second time we've stayed here. The one thing we noticed this time is the staff was really helpful. The rooms are clean and we loved the two sink giant bathroom. Breakfast was just a continental but there was enough to satisfy. There is underground parking here. It was wonderful to have to not look for parking or paying for it. Staying here is great to be able to walk to a few nice beaches and note have to look for parking. Because, when staying in Laguna be prepared to pay for...

"There’s no traditional breakfast just muffins, coffee, tea, and breakfast bars. Free waters at the front which I appreciated. Nice staff, but outdated rooms. Live music at the street level restaurant was nice, but not a good menu if you want an actual meal. Rooftop bar was the selling point for us but had bad music, with mediocre food and slow service. Good location, but won’t be returning as I like a more modern stay."

"There is not a ton of privacy in your room. I could hear everything from the room next door and I’m sure they could hear us. Also, the connecting door to the other room was left unlocked and someone walked into my room from the connecting room which was startling. The beds are not comfortable at all, and to top it off we found a small roach crawling up the glass shower on our first night. Oh, and there is no parking here unless you pay $45 a night for valet. The worst hotel I have stayed in at...

"Great location, very clean and decent. The only thing i can say is that there’s only one thrash can. Bathroom doesnt have one. My wish, could have sausage for breakfast. Overall nice and comfortable 1 night stay."
