Couldn't ask for a better location! So easy to get to city center for restaurants, shopping and river access. Parking garage was very convenient. Our room looked right out at the castle, the views, roof top patio did not disappoint. Breakfast as good and the staff were all so friendly and informative.

The room was very clean and had a balcony with amazing views of the city. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage is connected to the hotel, so it is very easy to access the hotel after parking.

What a lovely little hotel nestled in the foothills of the Heidelberg Palace and steps away from historic sites & the best shops and restaurants! The hotel staff (Jasmine) was among the most welcoming to encounter and truly attentive to insuring guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was abundant and of appealing variety. The room was comfortable with a wonderful rooftop balcony having a panoramic view of the charming old town area. Reasonably priced, convenient location in desirable, safe area and well maintained.
