"We had an excellent time at this hotel. Staff was the best. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite spacious, with lots of storage, a full length mirror and great bathroom space. Pillows and bed were a bit soft if you’re not used to that. Great central location, in walking distance to the train, plenty of restaurants, and a great cafe (Maya). Plus it was super cool to look at. "

"After two weeks of camping, we really appreciated the lovely bed and fantastic shower at this place. Not a lot of things were open when we got there later in the evening; if you are on foot, getting there from the Ijmuiden rail station is tricky. Not a lot of cabs want to come and get you. "This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit.
