Thank God I lived an hour away. I went home instead of staying there. I received a refund and that was the best thing about the hotel."

"The cleaning staff tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times while we were sleeping. It was prior to Check out. It startled us and woke us up each time and then it was very hard to go back to sleep. When I told the desk employee at check out about it, she don’t even apologize. We lost valuable sleep because of this and it made the days festivities less enjoyable. We used to stay here always but will now reconsider. Also there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door or we would have done that. "
