"The entry pavement had large pot holes, the mattress needs to be replaced and the thermostat on the HVAC did not seem to work. We set it at the lowest setting (58) on heat and it kept heating!"

"There was black mold on my bathtub. Both sink and tub were clogged and you had to shower on 1 foot of water. I requested refill of shampoo both days and never got it.
The window glass seals had failed in all windows, and with condensation we had water dripping into the carpet from every window!!! Plus there was a cobweb the size of my hand in one of them.
Breakfast was mediocre at best and very cold (I guess warmers not on or not working). Needless to say, I don’t think we will be back unless...

"We spent 3 lovely nights with John and Debbie while in Waynesville to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. When we departed early this morning Debbie packed us a breakfast snack to enjoy on the way back to the airport. We would recommend Love Lane to anyone who wants to explore the mountains of western North Carolina and stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful couple. Pete and Jeanne from MA"

"Very nice facility with clean rooms and a great bar/grill/pub attached. One drawback was it was quite noisy with multiple guests having multiple dogs. You could hear the running and playing in the room above us which is kind of expected in a facility of this age with wooden floors. This will not keep us from staying here again on our next visit to Maggie Valley."
