Anniversary Trip

This hotel was booked owing to its convenient location for our plans, including Cassel. It is close to the railway lines from Calais and Dunkerque and freight trains may disturb sleep if the window is open.

Nice room

The room was very good the shower was excellent I didn’t like the method of reception There was no receptionist I was sent a message to tell me the number to enter to open the gate and the number of a room to find and it was open with a key inside The notes inside the room state the hours of opening for the reception and to go there for breakfast it was never maned while I was there between 18.00 and 10.00 the following day

La chambre était propre. La salle de bain avait besoin d'un entretien. Tout comme la porte d'entrée qui ne ferme pas correctement car elle n'avait pas été réparée après avoir été forcée. Le personnel est tout simplement absent. Sinon, les chambres sont grandes et bien isolées.

Hôtel très calme et propre avec option déjeuner pratique, livraison la veille pour le lendemain pour déjeuner à l'heure qu'on veut. Place de parking personnelle devant la chambre. Frigo et micro onde dans la chambre.Je recommande.

Séjour Hôtel Fleur de Lys Hazebrouck

Chambre d'hôtel très propre et fonctionnelle. Petit souci pour fermer le logement depuis l'extérieur (peut-être est-ce volontaire). Possibilité d'accéder directement à la chambre, sans passer par la réception et une remise de clés, c'est plutôt pratique.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Endroit très calme, chambre spacieuse bien équipée ( frigo, cafetière et petit déjeuner dans la chambre près d'avance, grande tv,clim et chauffage etc) et place parking devant chaque chambre. Seul souci ; adresse annoncée erronée, même avec 2 GPS différents nous amènent vers une habitation À 2 km, je conseille fortement d'utiliser le simple mapy du smartphone en rentrant juste le non de l'hôtel dans la recherche

Se donnent de la peine
