A delightful hostel with a very short walk to the beach! The location is stunning, the staff were amazing, the facilities were clean and the food was delicious. As an older visitor I loved the vibe! Thank you.

The absolute best staff!

The staff, particularly Clare, was absolutely amazing. Such a lovely setting and great walks and beach. The building is old but everything was so clean and tidy. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Problem solving team

Despite several emails and phone calls there was a mix up with my booking - one night in a pod and another night in a room. I had asked to be in the room to save the time and be more eco. The reception team acknowledged the mistake and did everything they could to make this situation good. Since all the YhA team have been friendly and helpful. Bravo all.

Shocking

Hi, I am making a formal complaint. I made the booking through yourselves for a party of 10, we booked 2 rooms of 5. We had spent the day travelling along the west coast while stopping in several pubs, slowly working our way to our accommodation in Broad Haven. We arrived at our accommodation around 9:30 as we had guidelines to arrive by 10pm. We were then informed at reception that they would not accept our party as we were 5 to a room and that it did not comply with welsh government guidelines. I hope you can appreciate that the booking was made and accepted. Our minibus had already left as he had to stick to a time limit of hours driven and we were 1 and a half hours from home. We had to call him back to come to collect us. It had completely spoilt our day as we had plans for that evening and the following day. I had been given the task of arranging a stag do which was difficult given the restrictions that have been in place but we were wrongly turned away as welsh government guidelines state up to 6 households per room. We are very disappointed in the way we were treated by the staff and personally I felt that I had failed as best man in arranging a last night of freedom despite doing everything by the book. Our minibus could only manage a single drop off point for our return journey, this leaving several members of our party having to walk up to 6 miles home through country lanes. I hope you can reply with an explanation and possibly compensate. Many thanks.

13 £ a night was fine, i would not pay more for it

Great Staff, just pity we had to speak in English in Wales... Otherwise facilities were clear enough but I struggled to make the Electric Shower work and I was really scared that my magnetic card (key) would just not work anymore and that I would get stuck outside (cause nobody at the reception after 10pm) So please : Repair this shower Open till later (or use proper keys) Hire Welsh speaking staff

Room basic but adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. Less than 5 min walk to Broad Haven's beautiful sandy beach, a couple of cafes and a pub.
