Toit s est bien passé. La literie reste vraiment le gros gros bemol . Il serait plus que temps de changer les matelas dignes du cadre . Nous sommes des adultes certes sans soucis de sante et quand je vois des personnes agees et bien ca ne doit pas etre confoet pour eux ! La vaisselle est le stricte minimum également...a 6 personnes c est un peu juste . Au vu du cadre et de l établissement un bon coup de renovation ds les logements serait necessaire . Bien a vous

Bon séjour en general. Pb de places de parking couvertes en nombre insuffisant. Pb de fonctionnement défectueux de la télévision, dans batiment G, non resolu sur la semaine . Pb de fonctionnement internet (reseau mobile) sans doute saturé mais la résidence n'y est pour rien, en sortant de la residence vers le cœur de la station c'était ok.

Mountain gem

This is a quirky French alpine hotel. Each apartment had a different configuration. We had four different apartments and three were well suited for families. One was a bit difficult to manage with doors opening into each other and sloping root line over the beds. Unlike most hotels you are responsible for making your bed, getting linens and towels downstairs when you depart, and supplying paper towels etc. which for us was not a problem. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family to stay in town the most family friendly town possible. We loved the location, the cute bakeries nearby, the nice swimming pool, and the kids park across the street with bounce houses, zip line, trampolines, etc, not to mention the mountain coaster and hiking. Truly a delightful spot primarily visited by the French.

Prestige...?!

Having paid €1000 for 6 nights in summer, we were expecting something somewhat fancy, so we were rather shocked at the teeny tiny dated apartment. It was a 4 to 6 person flat but that seems totally unrealistic as with 2 adults, a toddler and a medium sized dog there was hardly any space left to turn. The rooms couldn't have been any smaller; this was especially true of the toilet. The beds are also on the short side. On top of that, everything costs extra: baby gear, washing up liquid, wifi... At check-in you're given an inventory which asks you to check everything in the flat; this means counting cutlery! The list is more than a page long... Oh, and be prepared to make your own bed... A lot of what we're moaning about is actually written on their website, but we hadn't read that as we'd booked via hotels.com. You can have them make the bed and clean the apartment after your stay, but of course, this all costs extra. On a more positive note, the guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and the surroundings are great for outdoor activities. However, we will not be returning.

Nice, basic rooms but with very little extras

Whilst the chalet was perfectly fine for two people to stay in for a few nights there were no extras included that you would expect from a hotel. No soap or shower gel or cleaning products for dishes. It would have been useful to have included these basic essentials like all other hotels.

Logement agréable et spacieux, en mezzanine avec 3 enfants .Résidence calme ,bonne insonorisation .L'ESF est à proximité.Commande et livraison du pain le matin très pratique .Par contre parkings peu accessibles à proximité,payants et interdits la nuit.Réservation d'un emplacement payant mais accessible au véhicules de moins de2.05m .Difficile avec une voiture assez haute et un coffre de toit surtout quand on a eu du mal à l'installer.Donc prévoir de l'enlever. Station par ailleurs très bien,nous y reviendrons.

Over priced for what it is though good location

Having paid almost £2K each for 2 apartments was expecting a bit more. No welcome pack, not enough sheets, unreliable broadband and a long list of what they expected to be cleaned on departure that had not been done by them before our arrival. Reception were unorganised and not very helpful. We had one of the larger 2 bed apartments which was more spacious than normal ski apartments and one of the smaller 2 beds which was a bit cramped. Both were in good condition and nicely appointed.

Great location

We stayed here last week, it had friendly reception staff, good size rooms and was really confortable. The highlight however was the view and location, literally 30 seconds walk and we were on the slopes. The walk back was a little longer, and in the snow and ice was abit trickier, but thats not the hotels fault. We stayed in a more expensive place the previous year which was not in the resort, and was more cramped. All in all, we were really happy and would most definately stay here again.
