The Condado Plaza Hotel
Room was definitely different. Elevator was not operating properly when I first arrived. Halls had a lot of paint and molding damage. I like that there was a walkway to the hotel across the street, but didn't like that I had to go over there just to get food. The outdoor area was lovely though.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Hotel is clean and has a great pool and beach access area. The rooms are adequate and clean. It is more of an 'apartment' feeling here as opposed to a full service hotel.
