"Clean comfortable rooms. The hot tubs on the roof were amazing , and the balcony was also nice to have . Beds are comfy , staff was extremely friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights total, 10/10 would recommend. Very close to the Mallorca place too"

"Hotel was close to everything and was as advertised, but we were unable to get a good nights sleep due to all the street noise. Doors and windows did not close securely and did nothing to mute the noise from the street. Hotel should do a better job to upgrade windows and baloney doors to help.mute street noise."

"Good for 1 night"

"Great boutique hotel for those that want character and location over luxury and chic. After 3 days in Old San Juan, I loved the central location just off the original Cathedral square. 18th century villa conversion with high ceilings, beautiful interior courtyard and roof deck. Terrific hospitality. "

"AC 10 out of 10 it surprised me because I thought it was going to be hot. Location is great, walking distance to the heart of old San Juan. I loved it!"

"It was alright. Breakfast could’ve been better. They’re remodeling and the place is looking good. Parking needs work. It’s a very nice and simple hotel if you need someplace to rest. Pool area was pretty, wish the bar was open though. (It’s under construction)."

"Perfect location, the only issue was the AC you can’t lower the temperature it was kinda hot and the unit makes a lot of noise. Need more bathroom counter space and some comfortable pillows and bed. Paid extra to have a balcony but the view was not pretty."

"This is a well priced gem just a block from the waterfront promenade. The ceilings were high and while the room could use a little update (the toilet shrieks when you flush), we were comfortable and secure. The rooftop is absolutely lovely. Convenient to everything. We would go back. "
