The drainage in the bathroom was absolutely stinking! Told staff and they said they would look into it but it didn’t change. Air con also didn’t work room was at 28c all throughout the day and night. Unbearable and someone came to look at it and said lowest it can be is 22c but once set the room was still 28c. Staff weren’t helpful.

Could be better, could be worse, overall very good
Parking is fantastic, Hotel lobby is nice, pool and gym look fantastic also, staff need to give better friendlier service, Room is very nice and modern and nice big tv, breakfast has everything you will need but nothing fancy, just the basics, but good quality and enough.

Hotel with decent Gym and Swimming Pool in Hatyai
One of the nice hotel in Hatyai with swimming pool and gym room. Gym room is good. Opposite has a convenient store ( 7 eleven) Surrounding nothing much on eatery / massage / mani pedi saloon.

I would not book this resort again
Staff overall very unfriendly, not helpfull except for Maria at the restaurant. Room only cleaned late afternoon, and we had to phone the reception 4 times to get a bucket with ice. We mentioned that the airco in the master bedroom was not working on the first day and nothing was done about this.

Helpful staff, clean room, good location, fair price. The only thing I would suggest to improve is their breakfast. They don't have to provide heaps of food but the quality should be better.

Our stay at the hotel were excellent, except that the noises of the aircon compressors outside the window were quite loud.

Environment of the hotel OK. Modern and friendly atmosphere. But the minor details such as breakfast, sound proof of the room, car park is not up to expectations. This hotel have insufficient car park for guess. Breakfast with very less variety and an over cooked vegetables. You will have more option to eat at hadyai Town area instead of taking the hotel breakfast packages.

The hotel is not easy to locate but there is no issue for grab drivers to pick us up from the wide lobby area. The room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom lack of lighting. Soundproof needs to improve as able to hear noise from room next door. Overall, satisfy with the stay. Only downside is no massage shop nearby. There is a 7-11 at the front corner of hotel.

The heater of the shower was not working properly, Water chock during bathing. The door do not have inner lock which normally all hotel should have. Staff was not able to communicate English properly as I just try to get a wine glass took me 20min to explain. Breakfast was normal which i think should have more variety for guest, which is why I only have 1 day breakfast

The room design and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is little too dark with only 1 light bulb and shower floor could be slippery if without the anti slip mat provided. They often forgotten to provide shampoo and body wash after house keeping.

Overall the hotel condition is good n recommended. Just a minor issue on the shower area where bathroom light is too dim n little bit smelly. There is no light at shower area n too dark. Should increase the brightness so that guests can spot n verify its cleanliness.

Very clean room and toilet, every spot is dust free. Nice water pressure in the bath. Aircon is cold and good. Location was a lil far but we could grab around easily. Bellboy is very polite and friendly. Great gym with relatively new equipment. Swimming pool is nice and clean but not very big, great for relaxing. Room was cleaned everyday but they tried opening my door despite the do not disturb light being on. The light cuts off when the keycard is not in. Room might be a lil smaller than pics but the decor and everyth else is the same. Great stay! Would definitely stay here agn if i come back to hatyai.

This hotel are consider new so of course it is clean. Only the local area are not so bustling with street foods and no 7/11 in walking distance too. But for a comfy stay, I will come back again.

The hotel looks sleek and well designed. However, there are many problems. 1. Towel rack actually tangling on the wall. Asked them to fix, nothing done. Need to ask 2nd time. 2. Bath tub sink hole turner is v sharp, my partner got cut by adjusting it. 3. I wanted to break 1000 baht into smaller note, the reception said can’t. It is only 1000 baht, such a big hotel shld have this amount.

the room are super hot ~ if guest need rest in hotel on noon please consider .. the room not suit for children stay because the room are hot and the bathroom water heater is poor , the water can’t adjust to warm ! just to very hot and cold only !
