"In condominium, having instructions for turning the lights on and how to use tv would be helpful and reduce contacting Staff. Lounge chairs had lost their springs so not comfortable. Very clean rooms. Beds also comfortable. Outside noise constant ( fan sound) made sleeping difficult."
