"My stay was excellent. The staff were amazing... Yigit was very nice and he helped us alot during the stay no matter what questions i had he was on it. Yasmin was very nice and she was smiling the whole time. Furkan helped me with my bags and he was extremely pleasant. Overall I would stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul."

"A very good stay with minor service remarks Positives: * Location: Excellent and very close to all the services and amenities a guest might need. * Reception: The staff was very polite and helpful, and the check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. * Rooms: Clean, tidy, and equipped with all the essential necessities for a comfortable stay. Remarks (Room Service Issue): Despite the positives mentioned above, I encountered an issue with room cleaning. I requested my room to be cleaned when I left in the morning. However, when I returned at 2:00 PM, I found that the room had not been cleaned at all. I contacted the reception, and they assured me they would send housekeepers right away. After waiting for 20 minutes, nobody showed up. I called them again to report the delay, and since I was in a rush, I told them to just bring fresh towels instead of cleaning the whole room. The towels arrived 10 minutes later, but unfortunately, they were not suitable for two people. Instead of regular bath towels, they brought four floor mats (the towels used for the bathroom floor). Conclusion: The hotel has great potential in terms of location and cleanliness. However, I hope the management pays more attention to room service coordination and ensures that guests' requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly."
