"So sad to see a what was once probably a lovely hotel now looking very tired and in need of updating. No aircon, marked carpets and tired bathroom. "Was given the wrong room to start with , it hadn’t been cleaned , had used towels, rubbish in bin, bed linen was dirty. I realised afterwards that I had been given exactly the same room I had stayed in previously over a year ago. Coincidence or the member of Staff accessed record of my previous stay. ..."
