"Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Went there for a anniversary getaway was very nice and clean"

"Great for a solo traveler going to a concert. Star at the front desk was very helpful and connected me with other guests also going to the concert."

"Rooms are beautiful, would have appreciated a heads up that renovations were going on. Like the hotel a lot."

"One room had been smoked in you could smell it and the hvac unit was moldy smelling. While there my wife received a text and call from the hotels AI system telling her to open the door. And this week it has sent me a text telling me I still owe for the stay even though it has been paid."

"Very clean and comfortable, but there were issues. The restaurant and bar never opened as scheduled last night. It was part of the reason for paying more to stay at this hotel. Shampoo bottle was empty in shower. And the exhaust vent did not work. I had booked a room that slept three people, suppose to have pull out couch, and that did not exist."

"The helpful staff and my room was clean as well the hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the casino was an easy walk over and accessible."

"Was a good hotel for one night"

"Smelled like doodoo in the bathroom the moment we walked in. Smell never dissipated"

"Nice place to stay"

"Very spacious."
