The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It felt like a hollowed out apartment at times where you could hear the people in the rooms next door and up stairs walking around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The linens/comforters should be washed more thoroughly. The property was all around clean and nice."
