The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful. The pool was heavily in use so we didn't get to take advantage of it. It was very close to Hershey Park which is where we spent majority of our time and the surrounding area.

The staff was very helpful, I received a text message daily during my stay to make sure everything was okay and to see if I needed anything. Breakfast was perfect grab and go right before the park or you could sit and eat. The park was a 5 minute ride from the hotel.

We had an amazing stay went with five kids and everyone loved it !!! the breakfast was perfect pancake machine, yogurt, eggs, and cereal just so perfect… unlimited coffee for the adults !! The gym was so nice and modern… the pool was incredible the water was so warm … I usually hate indoor pools where ever we go b/c there alway luke warm but this was perfection !!! I can’t stay enough good things we just loved it 💛obviously so clean

We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to downtown for restaurants, shopping, and some of the museums, and a short drive to Chocolate World and Hershey Park. Breakfast was always great and our kids loved the pool and games in the lobby. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hershey!
