Check-in process was very quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all guests. The room was impeccably clean. The bed, pillows, and sheets were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in while staying In a hotel. The location is excellent- with close proximity to the park, shopping, medical center and downtown Hershey. Would definitely stay here again.

What a breath of fresh air!!! After a terrible hotel experience at another chain, we were feeling like ending our vacation. But the moment we walked into this hotel, it was like all our troubles melted away. A lovely lobby with fun and comfy seating, fantastic staff, a little convenience store, 24/7 coffee, a salt water pool, and LAUNDRY facilities!! The room itself was so nice and clean and fit our kids so well. Delicious breakfast, water refill station…. Seriously, everything you need. LOVE.
