The food was excellent and the staff could not have been more welcoming providing flawless service. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite which is perfect for families for a separate bedroom for children. "

Tivemos um imprevisto de saúde na viagem e a recepção nos ajudou muito com ligações e instruções. Infelizmente não anotei o nome da mulher, acredito que Sheila, que foi muito atenciosa e solicita. "Self catering room in cottage pie needs a renovation . The windows lead onto the street,so this would make it a security issue if one would like to sit outside. The bedroom is dark and gloomy the bathroom had a broken light. The overall facilities and the staff were very good "

"Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. "
