Overall, very nice and spacious apartments as well as rooms, with everything you need. Location and premises is lovely as well and pool is clean. Many options to sit and relax, read a book, sit at the bar and enjoy the nature. However, breakfast was only mediocre for a resort (4 stars). Eggs were soiled in fat, and fruits not really fresh. On top, some of the staff, especially 2 receptionists seemed very annoyed and not really friendly. It almost seemed as they were unmotivated. For a resort, as it claims to be, this is unacceptable.

Disappointing stay, not value for money :(

The stay was disappointing for a 4-star hotel and felt overpriced for the value and service you get. The sharp mildew smell from the kitchenette basin table top in the bedroom amd the closet behind the shower was unbearable. It seems the aircon also leaks onto the wood. The front door handle was loose as if broken before, which made us uneasy with the intense website warning of potential trespassers. Security at the entrance gate was very friendly, but didn't once scan/record a driver's/car license. Alot of the lady staff have attitude and should go on a friendliness / hospitality etiquette course.

Good location and a great swimming pool.

Good location and great swimming pool. Room was fine, although it was obviously built for self-catering and thus it was disappointing that they had removed the fridge. With the hot weather this would have been a very welcome addition to the room.

The stay was fantastic and made so by a guy named James. He is truly an asset to the hotel and should be valued by his employers. He went out of his way to accommodate my requests and made me feel like I was his only client. I believe he is only there for about 2 weeks, which I found hard to believe as he seems to be so clued up on the hotel, the people, and generally everything related. James is surely a superstar at the resort and would be one of the reasons I return!!!

Brilliant Stay

Will return any opportunity I have! Villas is great for families or friends. View spectactular. Rooms comfy. Staff friendly. Only 1 down side - units needs some work. Lots of appliances been run down by malicious ware and tear by previous guests. Also housekeeping not up to standard regarding utensils and cleanliness of stoep and entrance areas

We received a warm welcome. Rooms were well cleaned and kept in good condition. Everything we needed was avaiable for usage. I was especially amazed that even the hair dryer which was not secured was still there. Gardens and pool areas are in splendid condition. Location is perfect for exploring surrounding areas and nearby amenities.

Great location and well laid out resort. Staff showed us half way to our room??? Very nice room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with large balcony. Problem was room smelt of damp. A humidifier was put in the room to mask the smell but it just made it worse. On top of this the bed had a torn sheet. Hotel was not busy, why give a substandard damp room?

Grosses Zimmer oder besser Apartment. Leider etwas laut da Zimmer teilweise auf Innenhof raus, durch den alle anderen Gäste auch gehen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Kein WLAN im Zimmer sondern nur in Lobby und bei Rezeption.

Festive Holiday Break

Overall the premises is lovely especially when traveling with the family, there is plenty of activities for the kids. The service was great and enjoyed the restaurants in the premises, only thing I could say was a disappointment are the rooms were not that clean and the bathroom had a bad smell.

Enkel o bekväm över en natt

Bra övernattning innan vi skulle vidare. Väldigt trevlig personal och dom uppgraderade oss till ett större rum med eget kök. Hade inte stannat en längre period men bra för en natt eller två.
