Decor was in-keeping with the castle and beds were comfortable. We had a tour of the castle included in our nightly rate which was interesting and before check-in we ate in the cafe where the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming Highly recommend."

"Unit was large and warm and although not overly modern was perfect for one night or more. Location was good not very far from food outlets and other places of interest."

"The suite was so comfortable and spacious (large couch with pillows and blanket plus a king-sized bed. I loved the enormous stand-alone tub in the bathroom which also had a washer-dryer. The kitchenette was well-supplied. There is an in-and-out garage next to the hotel. The hotel is in the center of town. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Every time I visit Dunedin, I stay at the Distinction Dunedin. "
