"The rooms were very cold. Because it's an older property the radiator heat at the floorboards did not heat the room well. There was a fireplace, but it didn't give off heat. The beds were very comfortable, but small for a full size bed."

"The room smelled horribly like a dirty locker room. There were paw prints on one of our beds. The coffee maker wasn’t plugged in and there was nowhere to plug it in, we had to move it over by the sink. And the room could’ve been cleaner."
