"The hotel is of course right at the airport that has a food court. Very convenient to have a lunch, coffee, and a light dinner 😃
The staff was nice and kind. The only problem was the insensitive card to touch in the elevator to indicate the floor you want to get off. Often I had to touch the sensor multiple times to register the floor."

"My wife and I had a two day mini break at Grey Eagle and found that the pool was closed and the walkway connecting the hotel to the casino was no longer in operation. The hotel staff accommodated us to a great extent apologizing fir the disruption caused by the ongoing major renovations and construction due to the entire resort upgrades. Front office manager Stevie was so professional as were all of the staff we encountered during our stay. Little Chef restaurant was its usual high standard...

"We loved this Marriott at the Calgary Airport. Super easy to walk to, fantastic and helpful check in gentleman and the staff at the Club lounge was awesome and kind. The food there was delicious and fresh, well stocked and clean. Our bed was the best and the room was big with a huge bathroom. Plus, quiet!

"The room wasn’t that great they didn’t clean. They didn’t leave shampoo and facecloth and Kleenex and at least a pen and paper also, no coffee and sugar . The tub doesn’t drain water. Staff are friendly and helpful, parking is good ,air conditioning is good . It was my fourth time staying at your hotel but hopefully the next time they will clean. And I will still recommend because the staff are good"

"The staff were very helpful.
The room was only cleaned once during a 10 day stay. Towels were always available upon request at front desk. The breakfast was the same each day. Which found us searching for breakfast elsewhere for a change. What was offered was good. Just no variety. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the family!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Calgary. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown. The hotel amenities were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It was quite busy on Friday night, which led to some delays, but the rest of the experience was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return."
