"When I arrived, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied by someone else's belongings. I requested a different room, but the bathroom in the second one was dirty."

"Looks clean but may find bad when looking into details. Bad was stains on some towels. Room space was good to open a few suite cases but less space to put small bugs on a table or so. Fridge smell bad and wiped by my sanitizer. "

"It is a fairly old facility, the room wasn’t clean as good as it should have been. The maintenance is lazy, came to repair the toilet and did not cleanup the mess. Had to call a couple of times before someone came to repair the refrigerator. I went to 3 floors and none of the vending machines worked, so I had to keep going downstairs to the main floor. "

"Had to pay for parking. Heat was not working. Bedsheets kept coming off the bed. Building is very old. Felt like staying at a motel. Rooms are not noise proof. "

"The hotel is very close to the airport and their shuttle runs on the hour and 30 minutes past. You can even take the shuttle to the airport and then take the train into NYC, this for me works out best and you don’t pay the crazy prices for a small room in NYC. The only problem was the double beds were way too small if you have a couple with two children. I also found the beds uncomfortable and ended up with a backache. Apart from that, it was worth the pennies. Parking was reasonable breakfast could have been better but it was ok. I would return but perhaps I would get the king size. My family and I are tall so those beds were too small."

"Location was perfect for a Devils game. Fast checking. On site parking. Full restaurant. Great room. Check in staff were great. "

"Door's key card non functional. I had to call the front desk twice to open the door."

"The hotel had a bad smell and the lights didn’t work right. In the morning someone was smoking and caused a fire so everyone had to evacuate. We were out for 4 hours in our car before we were able to go back in and retrieve our bags. The hotel didn’t refund our money for another hotel and even charged us $50 if damages occurred. Overall my wife and I had a bad experience and thank GOD no one was injured."
