The property was top-notch, including the caring and kind host; who responded to all my messages and made sure I was ok. The property was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The place is equipped for full cooking and has everything you need. Loved the fact the building has security as well. You have the mall, supermarket, mini marts, coffee shops right next door. I will definitely stay again if I come back to Hanoi.

I had a very comfortable stay. Although there is no staff member permanently stationed on-site, communication is handled via WhatsApp. They were very responsive and provided prompt and accurate assistance whenever needed.

The best experience I had. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quy was an extraordinary host for our stay in Hanoi. Vinhomes D’Capital is very well located near restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stories. The pool on the property was perfect for cooling down on extra hot days. We had a larger group and Quy was able to accommodate our every need. He is attentive, quick to respond and super friendly. I would recommend a stay with him anytime!

The location was great as it was slightly outside of the busiest tourist areas, which was a very enjoyable thing because you got to see more of the locals. Food selections were plenty, convenience stores, gyms, pool all within walking distance. The building itself was nice but what REALLY stood out was the customer service.

It was like having your own apartment complete with equipment and some items for cooking. It was so nice to have the extra space to just relax and not be in a hotel room. The owner has thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. It’s close to shopping centres and restaurants so easy to get around in the area. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We are satisfied with the accommodation. I would rate my stay a 8/10. The communication with the host was amazing. Host was very hospitable and always happy to help. Thank you for providing the cleaning service even at a last minute request. Only things I would say to improve on would be the pool access. It would be great if we were made aware that it needed access early on. One of the shower nozzles in the master bedroom bathroom is partially clogged/misaligned and shoots a stray stream of water outside the bathtub onto the bathroom floor so I had to constantly mop the floor. But otherwise no other issues. Thank you for providing toothbrush and toothpaste + additional towels. The aircon system was amazing too. The place felt like home to us so i would definitely recommend it to other people wanting to stay in apartments rather than hotel in Hanoi 😊

The host was very clear and concise with his directions to find the property as well as access was very clear and consistent. Overall, the property was tidy a few spots could need a little extra elbow grease as far as cleaning but overall a very nice apartment with a incredible city view from the balcony, and lots of amenities nearby shopping restaurants and entertainment all very close and very good!! The host made this day, very comfortable and welcoming with this helpful directions and courteous nature!! Thank you for allowing me to be your guest. I had a great stay in your apartment!!

The room was clean, the position was very central The staff were friendly, and helpful. After a misunderstanding when we first arrived, it was fixed straight away Only problem was i didnt have signal no wifi so whatApp So i didnt receive instruction how to get the key This had nothing to do with the company.
