The hotel was in a convenient location near the lake in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is " cooked to order" and very tasty. I stayed there several times over the three weeks I was in Vietnam, and I always felt " at home" there!

フロントスタッフ、朝食スタッフ皆さん親切で居心地が良いホテル。ホテルの建物は京町家の様に間口が狭く細長いビル。朝食は、英語表記ありのメニューから選択形式で、洋食、ベトナム食等複数の中から自由に選択可能。残念な点は、ベッドのフットカバーを外したら長い髪の毛が複数本あり気持ち悪かった。翌日、部屋の清掃時にはフットカバー は片付けられ清潔になったと思えた。

Great hotel

Great little hotel. Room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the ornate decor. Staff was very attentive and willing to help with any need. Delicious breakfast. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to lake.

Excellent customer service

Very attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location - near all the action in Old City Centre but on a side street- a little quieter. The staff went above and beyond and dis a great job. They helped arrange several transfers - from airport, to/from Halong, to/from SaPa, around town. The rooms are on the smaller side since it is jn the city center, but that was not an issue for us- they were very clean. Good breakfast. I would stay here again.

This place checked all the boxes for us and we highly recommend it. It is in an incredibly central location that makes walking around the Old Quarter very easy and we stopped back multiple times during the day to take a break from the heat. It is in the heart of the city but on a quieter side street that meant almost no noise reached our bedroom (which faced the street). The room was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities and a beautiful bathroom. AC was perfect. The hotel arranged an airport pickup that just got added to the bill and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. An elevator and the included breakfast (cooked and buffet) were nice bonuses. We would absolutely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and always a friendly greeting when passing by the desk. They provided restaurant suggestions, sightseeing suggestions, and offered help with anything needed. They arranged a car to the airport at a reasonable price. The location was great, close enough to the lake and all the shopping and dining.

Fantastico! El trato del personal espectacular, nos ayudaron con todo, nos guardaron las maletas cuando fuimos a Sapa, nos ofrecieron ducharnos antes de tomar el bus nocturno y nos dieron el desayuno para llevar el dia que salimos temprano a Halong Bay. Si bien la habitacion no es muy grande, tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpia, camas muy comodas y la ducha es espectacular. Esta super bien ubicado, nosotros caminamos hacia todo lo que quisimos visitar y por las noches estabamos a un paso del mercado nocturno. Un minimarket al frente y muchos sitios para comer.

너무 좋았어요!

전체적으로 좋았어요 첫날에는 숙소에 문제가 있어서 다른 숙소를 이용했어야했는데 택시로 편하게 이용하게해주셨어요. 다음날 아침일찍 투어가 있어서 걱정이었는데 늦지않게 원래숙소로 데려다주셔서 투어이용도 잘 했습니다. 숙소도 너무 깨끗했고 조식도 깔끔하게 좋았어요. 무엇보다 직원분들이 피곤할텐데도 아침저녁에 상관없이 항상 웃는얼굴로 맞이해주고 인사해주었던게 제일 기억에 남습니다. 가성비적으로도 좋은 숙소였고 바로 맞은편에 편의점도 있었고 걸어서 3-5분 정도 주변에 쇼핑거리나 식당도 많았고 호안끼엠호수도 걸어서 2-3분이면 이용할수있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

湖のすぐそばでナイトバザールも目と鼻の先様々な観光名所も徒歩圏内と立地条件は全てに最高 チェックインもコンパクトでスムーズ一つ難を言えば窓が無い部屋だったので外が見えず圧迫感があったのは残念でした
