1. my executive suite was so bad with toilet smell, terrible. 2. the massage and spa : so bad and it seems not a real spa,it looks like for men 3. when I asked the VAT invoice , the front desk staff ask me to take it from Expedia??? why? I'm customer, I stay for biz trip and the hotel must provide VAT invoice for me. please settle this issue. 4. the breakfast is bad as well, not much food. In overral, I disappointed with this hotel. i wish that I didn't spend $100 for the room here.

Location was quite good, but it is not close to the city centre (2-km away from the old quarter). Staff was not so kind. They tend to ignore customers' request. The breakfast was awful. This hotel was just normal, but I would looking for other hotels if I stay in Hanoi again.

Overall ok. However, service at buffet breakfast is poor. The waiter took away the fork/knife/spoon each time I left the table. He even took away my glass of unfinished juice while I was still sitting @ the table n having breakfast!

Great hotel in hanoi

The room is spacious, good for a family. Great location but bad room service. I called the room service to my room but I waited until tomorrow morning and it never came. Overall it's a good hotel.
