Great overnight stay

The hotel was very convenient for visiting the lake and old quarter area. It has all the facilities for great short stay. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel while needing some minor uplift in upgrading it is a good one for a short visit. Well done to the hotel team.

We loved the staff. They were wonderful. We forgot some jewelry in our room and on our way to the airport they called to let us know what had happened and then drove the jewelry to us so we wouldn’t have to fight the traffic coming back into the city. We were very thankful for their quick response. The only disappointing part of our stay was when we found out that the rooftop bar was closed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Helt ok hotell i et bråkete strøk

Vi bodde på dette hotellet for to netter under en lenger reise til Halong Bay. Selve hotellet ligger cirka 20 minutter fra flyplassen, midt i et nokså bråkete strøk. Vi ble informert om at hotellet var under oppussing, som vi også merket på all støvet som lå på rommet, lukten og bråket. Selve hotellrommet vårt stort, men det lå rester av sement over alt, som også svidde i øynene. Badet var lite og mørkt, uten speil. Jeg vil ikke kalle dette mer enn et tre stjerners hotell, med en nokså kjedelig frokost. Personellet derimot var veldig hyggelige og gjorde alt for at vi skulle få en fin opplevelse, selv om barna deres drev å løp og skrek i korridoren da vi ankom. Kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet om vi besøker Hanoi ved en senere anledning. Wifi-en derimot er bra, og det ligger noen lokale restauranter i området rundt om det er ønsket.
