Room is clean, staff are very polite and helpful. We didn't have cash (USD or Vietnam currency) with us on the way from airport to the hotel, We ordered Grab but didn’t realise that we didn’t make the payment to cards. We asked to borrow cash from the hotel to pay the taxi driver without any problem. What a relief.

チェックアウト後他のホテルへ移動の際、配車アプリでTAXIを予約し、ホテル前で車を待っているとき、スタッフの男性が少し離れた乗車しやすい場所を教えてくれた。そこでしばらく待っているとドライバーから連絡があり、ホテル前に到着しているとのこと。慌てて戻ろうとすると、先程のスタッフがわざわざ走って来てくれて、車の到着を教えてくれ、待ちぼうけにならずにすんだ。。最初の場所の説明から優しく丁寧な口調で印象が良く、走って車の到着を教えに来てくれた親切心がとても嬉しく、まだしばらく泊まりたいと思わせてくれた。
