Overall, Hanoi Garden Hotel offers good value for the price you pay. The rooms were comfortable and clean enough, although I wouldn’t describe them as exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to assist when needed. The only disappointing part of our stay was the massage service provided by the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t good and I actually had to stop the massage shortly after it started. Apart from that, we were happy with our stay. For the price, the hotel offers good value, and if you’re looking for a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay in Hanoi, it’s a good option.

We were pleasantly surprised with our 4 night stay at Hanoi Garden Hotel & Spa. The hotel was very clean and inviting . The included buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were also very helpful with advice and assistance. The most surprising thing was how quiet it was in the rooms with all the hurly burly of Hanoi just outside in the street. Well recommended.

In the chaos that can be the Old Quarter of Hanoi, The Garden Hotel and Spa is an oasis of calm. It's location couldn't be better to experience that exciting atmosphere but behind the door it is calm and the employees are excellent. They made sure my family and I were well taken care of at all times. We also utilized them for transportation back and forth to the airport for a fair cost. The breakfast is great also!

The staff was wonderful and my kids are still talking about the breakfast buffet. It was nice and quiet, even though it’s located in the middle of the Old Quarter, which was great. We loved it and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. The property itself is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, so I couldn’t fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making guests feel right at home. Overall, a nice place to stay that I would happily recommend.

Great centrally located hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations and the spa in the hotel was well priced. We had some fantastic massages! Breakfast was very good with lots of variation, and their rooms were surprisingly quiet despite the busyness and noise of the surrounding area. Will stay here again!

In the heart of the French Quarter, this is a great place to explore the local scene. The hotel staff was excellent, they were not only incredibly helpful they were also very kind to our young sons.
