Great Hotel!

Excellent service by staff. Stayed at other hotels within the same price range in Hanoi, this had by far the best rooms. Also very quiet compared to all other hotels, probably due to them being more central in old town, but the 2 minute walk is completely worth it.

Beautiful decor and amazing staff

We had a great stay at Eliana Signature for four nights. The hotel is beautifully decorated, even if rooms are a bit worn here and there but it didn't take away from our experience. The location is great with walking distance to the lake, shopping, plenty of restaurants and cafés. Good breakfast with eggs, sandwiches, soup, and pancakes freshly made to order in addition to the buffet with lots of options. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need.

The staff are very friendly and sociable, and very informative on arrival giving you a map and tip sheet for the local area. The interior design is colourful and beautifully decorated. I would recommend to any first timers to Hanoi and I would return definitely. The breakfast is plentiful with many choices with friendly staff to help serve you, excellent hospitality!

The hotel is right in the down town area. Plenty of stores and dining options in the area as well as coffee shops and juice bars. The personal at the hotel are awesome. Jane, Thao, Thao, Chen and the others are very friendly, hospital, kind, caring and fun to talk to. By far the best group of people i ever met. They made the stay awesome. Definitely staying here again when i go back. A special shoutout to Jane for her help with the trips and booking of everything. She arranged everything perfectly!

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff! The roo m was nice with a big bed and all the conveniences. Nice shower, wifi, fridge and coffee maker. Plus staff cleaned the room to perfection. Breakfast was excellent! Had many options to choose from. Hot, cold,fruit plus a made to order menu. The breakfast crew was very nice and the top floor gives you a great view of hanoi. The staff offered help whenever they could. The front door was opened for me when i entered, i had laundry done quickly, and they always said hello and asked me if i was having a good time in Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel for great service at a great price. Its a couple blocks from Hoen Lake and the water puppet theater. It in the heart of the old quarter, but quiet enough when you need to relax. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff at Elaina Signature Hotel for a wonderful experience my first time visiting Hanoi and Vietnam.

Choose an exterior facing room (noisy but better).

Nice boutique hotel in a good location with friendly staff and good restaurant. The street facing rooms are nice (if you can tolerate the early morning traffic noise). The interior rooms are dark and claustrophobic (and not that quiet either).
