Great centrally located small family owned hotel situated in a small alley which is not accessible by car (you will have to get picked up/ dropped off at the nearest corner about 20 meters away). No elevator. That said, staff very helpful in moving luggage to pick up/ drop off point on street and to/ from room if needed. We had several large boxes which we wished to leave in lobby area and hotel accommodated.) Clean room and bathroom with a separate enclosed shower. Towels, shampoo/soap, toothbrush/ paste, comb, daily water and coffee / tea supplied. Refrigerator. Hot water. Air conditioning. Staff amazing, above and beyond. One in our party lost her passport visa and staff (Chi Linh) helped guide and coordinate all necessary steps. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in Old Quarter

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and there were many great food and drink options. The hotel's location next to Beer Street was great for a live atmosphere. The hotel's location also allowed for easy pick up during tours to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Bing. My wife and I would stay again.

The hotel is really in a good convenient location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they have been very helpful during my stay. The housekeeper is really great in maintaining the room, replenishing the water, tea, and coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel and return for another visit.

The Hotel is in the perfect location if you are looking to be right in the action of Old Quarter. The only down side to the hotel was it has no elevator, so you may have to walk up many stairs depending on what room your floor is on. Overall it was a good place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very helpful. They gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We were able to store our bags for the day before we checked in and also after we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff change the towels daily. Old quarter is super walkable and the hotel is situated in a great place. It’s near a very noisy bar street but the hotel room was quiet!
