Stayed here on our last night as we had an early flight the next day and it was perfect. clean and comfortable with a flexible check in and they organized us a taxi to the airport which was only about a 10 minute drive away. perfect for what we needed.

We arrived late at night and reception was very pleasant. The room was huge, clean and had a mini fridge with bottled water. Great stop over hotel as we are back to airport this morning. We didn’t make breakfast as we slept in. Would highly recommend if using ford airport.

We stayed for a night here while transiting through hanoi. They were very responsive to all my queries and went above to make sure I was taken care of. We had a late night flight and asked for checkin a day later and they responded to my request immediately. Had a cab come to pick us up at the airport as we were landing at 2 AM in the morning. Overall I would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a place near the airport.

fine if you're counting pennies

Note that you should confirm the address (on the south side of the street off the highway) before taking a Grab or taxi. Google maps and Hotels.com sent me to the wrong address. When I arrived they didn't know I was coming (I arrived in the late afternoon, and had made the reservation weeks ago). Staff were very nice though. Breakfast is a choice of several options, standard Vietnamese fare cooked to order and excellent (best thing about the hotel). The room was VERY noisy, you could hear everything inside and outside the hotel from other patrons to traffic to roosters. It was a decent room but run down, with old fixtures and broken things that weren't fixed (e g broken and loose floor tiles in the shower, exposed electrical lines capped with wire nuts in the shower at the ceiling etc). Internet was fine, power went out once but came back on. Location is not good, I don't know why anyone says that. Lots of construction, not near the airport, nothing interesting nearby. Lots of other better options that aren't much more expensive further in the city, and transport is so cheap it doesn't matter.

Amazing service!! Great place.

Hotel is about 2 miles from the Hanoi Airport and after travelling for 20 hours and getting in at midnight i wanted to have a nights rest before going into the city. Upon arrival my niece realized she left one of her bags, with her medication, in the taxi. The owner of the hotel tracked down the cab company, found out the driver went to bed (it was now 1:30 in the morning. took about 2 hours on google translate to accomplish this. In the morning he woke us at 8:15am. He located the driver, called him and put my niece on his motor scooter and drove him to the taxi guys' house and got her bag. that was the first day of our trip. He is wonderful. went above and beyond and later we found out that he actually owns this little hotel. It was convenient, not the best area, very close to the airport.

ある意味、人生で一、二を争う素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。 幼児を含む家族５人で深夜0時前着、翌日６時頃出発という慌ただしい滞在でしたが、オーナー？の飛燕さんのおもてなしの心に感動をしました。 第一の我儘として、到着後深夜にも関わらず３歳児がお腹がすいたと言い出し困っていたところ、本来朝食に提供のサンドウィッチと卵料理を出していただき、おまけにパイナップルを丸一個デザートとして出してもらいました。 また、私（父親）が冷えたビールを飲みたく尋ねたところ、バケツに氷を張ったキンキンの缶ビールを出していただいた上に（ダースで）ツマミまでいただきました。 結果、飛燕さんと少し飲みお話ししたのですが彼の人柄が良くわかりました。 ５つ星ホテルの設備等には叶いませんが、清掃はきちんとしており、隅々まで磨き上げ、客の要望を先回りして、可能な限り一生懸命やってくれる、人と人との繋がりを感じられ心地よい滞在でした。 ハノイがどうとより、飛燕さんに会いに行きたくなる、そんな宿です。
