hotel staff are extremely pleasant. The hotel offers pickup & drop off for a very affordable price. The free breakfast comes in so helpful when you’ve got a busy day. Plus the food is good. Would recommend it to anyone.

Been to Hanoi almost 25 times. Nice rooms but the lobby is terrible and only one of the staff really cares. Gym is a terrible design and bad equipment, the sauna is completely ignored and no staff….i will not stay again, pay a little extra and stay and Lotte.

Great accommodations near everything! Rooms were nice and spacious. The only remark I have is the funky set up for bath tub and showers! You have to climb on a stepping stool to get in!

Do not book here on an important day

Customer beware. This hotel double books their rooms to guarantee their sales and tries to provide other rooms to customer saying it’s an upgrade. I booked a suite room at this hotel 2 weeks ago online. When I arrived at the hotel today, I was offered an upgrade - apparently to a bigger room - but I refused it after taking a look at the new room because it was uglier and did not have a private balcony as I wanted. So I came back down to the lobby to ask for the room I initially booked for, but guess what the room wasn’t available from the beginning because someone else has taken it already. The hotel repeatedly asked me if I could stay in the room they’re offering just for tonight following me outside and stuff but I was so annoyed I couldn’t bear to listen to it. Now it’s almost 7pm I’m looking for a new hotel for myself for tonight. This has totally ruined the first day of my business trip as well as my meetings scheduled for tonight. Probably the worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life.

当ホテルに３泊したが、良い意味でコンパクトにまとまっている過ごしやすいホテル。受付の方々の愛想が良く好感を持てる。リンラン通りも近くベトナム料理や日本食のお店にも困らない立地。スパも徒歩圏内で幾つかあるので観光で疲れたらヘッドスパ、フットスパ、ボディマッサージなど気軽にコスパ良く立ち寄れるのも嬉しい。朝食は近所のフォー屋に入り浸ってしまったので評価はなし。設備としては、部屋のトイレにウォシュレットがついているのが良い。サークルKが近くにあるのでちょっとした買い物にも助かる。日本大使館が近いので、日本人であれば万が一の際の安心感が持てるのではないかと思う。
