had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast is diverse with many choices. The hotel is also surrounded by many convenient facilities, restaurants, and eateries. What I especially appreciate is the staff. They are very friendly, warm, and always helpful. High quality hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's had very clean rooms very comfortable bed hot water for the shower and good reliable Internet for my video calls for work that I needed to do. The breakfast buffet was great and changed every day Front desk Staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. Swimming pool and exercise room, or adequate to do my daily exercise.

Good choice to stay in Hanoi.

I stayed 4 nights, and am satisfied staying this hotel. My arrival was late at night (11pm), but check-in was so smooth. The room was large and clean equipped with two closets. There was also a bath tub. I enjoyed a variety of breakfast menus. The staffs were so kind.

Good value for money with the discount. Plenty of group tours and can tell it's popular. not located in the most walkable area, with very little to offer in the vicinity, except for the lake. Saving grace is the service staff whom I think are very attentive.

Bellboy makes a difference.

The front reception staff were friendly and informative. Shared with us a spa massage and they were good. The bell boy, Peanut gave us exceptional service with great initiative. Helping us with all our luggages or even sample bags when we return for the day

Great for poker players! One floor has a very high end poker room with daily tournaments. Gym was decent with enough free weights and some machines to get in a good workout. Breakfast buffet is high end with a lot of great selections. Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful.
