Had a lovely stay at the Golden Art Hotel! Main highlight was the staff - in particular Ben and Jasmine were both really helpful and smiley! The room was good, and cleaned daily which was great. Location is also superb - within 10 mins of most things in the old town! The breakfast was pretty good - mango pancakes were the highlight! It's quite a small hotel though, so there weren't tons of different options or tons of space for seating.

Ming & Jasmin were amazing. They helped with anything we needed and answered all our questions. They helped book our excursions and had fantastic recommendations for places to visit in the city. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Location is good a quiet side street and only a few metres to the main hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Breakfast was super tasty. You were able to order off a menu and cooked fresh. I was lucky enough to tasty their home made pineapple jam in my pancakes, OMG Delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. We are a family of 4 with teenage kids.

The location of the hotel in the hustle and bustle of the Old Town was excellent for us. The spectacle of the busy streets, shops, bars, food outlets and night life was really amazing. Plenty of sights to see for the 3 days we were there. The Hotel was of a decent standard, clean, pleasant breakfast and the staff were super friendly and efficient Jasmin was exceptional in the time she gave us to help and advise sorting out our trips, transport and accommodation for our onward journey.

The family room was clean and spacious. What made our stay very welcoming was the staff, in particular Jasmine. She was very willing to assist us with directions, suggestions and tips for an enjoyable stay in Hanoi.
