보통
체크인하려고 하니까 옆호텔인 Hanoi family hotel이 같은 사람이 운영하는 곳이니 거기로 가라고 해서 마음대로 짐을 옮겼다. 여자사장 굉장히 불친절함. 창문이 부실해서 밖의 기름냄새가 다 들어오고, 노래소리 들림. 위치와 와이파이는 최고. 그렇지만 재방문 의사 없음.

A quick intro to our room to show us where the minibar and extra bedding was would have been great, found it all eventually. No hot water the first night, but was quickly sorted out the next morning. Night staff were excellent. Excellent location.

コスパよし！
ホアンキエム湖の近くで観光しやすいです。
スタッフはやさしくて親切だし、朝ごはんもとってもおいしいです。
部屋の設備や清潔感は値段相応です。
エレベーターがないのだけが不満ですが、荷物はスタッフが運んでくれるのでそれ程困りません。

늦은체크인시 예약하지 마시길..
레이트체크인하겠다고 했음에도 체크인하려고하니 다른 호텔로 인계했다.
더 후지고 5층을 케리어들고 계단으로 옮겼다.
늦은 새벽이라 무서운데 정말 황당했었다.
앞으로는 돈 조금 더주더라도 4성을 이용하겠다.
하노이 도착 첫기분을 엉망으로 만들어줬다.

좋은 호텔이지만..
좋은 위치의 호텔.
힘들었던 기억은 객실이 1층~5층까지 각 층에 1실만있었음. 묵었던 곳이 5층이었는데...
엘리베이터가 없어서 계단을 이용했는데 너무 힘듬.
계단또한 원형의 돌고도는 계단이며, 폭도 좁아서 짐을 들고 오르내릴때 고생이 많았음.
아이들이 내려갈때는 위험성도 있음
