It was in a quiet and safe area. The room and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind. If you have WhatsApp, you can communicate very smoothly with the hotel staff. Our flight arrived very late at night, but they provided us with Airport pickup service and waited for us to safely arrived at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was our first time visiting Hanoi and we couldn't have made a better choice by staying in Bi Ecosuites. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment's design and layout provided a peaceful escape from the urban rush. Our Junior Studio Suite was super clean, spacious, and had great kitchen amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back.

Amazing hotel! Great expirience!

I stayed at the B Ecosuite hotel for two nights and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and design of the room. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and safe, but also close to the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a real value for money, especially considering the quality of the service and the facilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, cozy and affordable place to stay in Hanoi. It is one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed at, and I usually stay at 4-5 stars hotels.

We had two excellent stays at Bi Ecosuites in Hanoi! The owner was extremely responsive through Expedia and all of the staff were very accommodating throughout our time there. We stayed here for 2 nights in a Junior Suite before heading up to Sapa for 3 nights. We then came back to Bi Ecosuites for an additional 3 nights after our trip to Sapa. When in Sapa, the property held some bags for us free of charge in a secure closet, which made our trip to Sapa very stress-free. When we came back to Bi Ecosuites after Sapa, we found our bags were already delivered to our room! Additionally, Bi Ecosuites worked closely with us as we added nights to our booking and did some rearranging to allow us to stay in the same room for those additional nights. In summary - the staff were all very kind and accommodating throughout our stays. The rooms were excellent - very clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything in the bathroom and kitchenette worked well and we enjoyed utilizing all these amenities. My partner and I are both working while traveling and found the room to be a very good place to work - decent wifi and comfortable work spaces. It's a bit away from the tourist area of Old Quarter, but we really enjoyed that. Being tourists, we found the hectic nature of Hanoi to be fun but tiring after a long hot day. Coming back to our room at Bi Ecosuites with good AC and quiet surroundings felt like a reprieve from Hanoi's craziness! I can't say enough good things about this place!

I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi.

This was exactly as advertised. Classy, minimalist, quiet and beautifully designed. The only minor flaw was the kitchen area had no bin, but I repurposed the small one from the bathroom instead.

Happy guess, not!

Picky on small minor things like number of clean towels, one only. While checking out, detained from leaving because of a small stained on the bed sheet, under pillow area. Staff washed the sheet, stain gone and I’m out-o-ere! Very poor customer service and communication. However, I will stay here again if service is improved.

Wir haben vier Nächte in den Bi Eco Suites verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und entsprach den veröffentlichten Fotos. Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Train Street war für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Das Personal war freundlich, und auf Anfragen wurde zügig reagiert. Täglich neue Handtücher zu erhalten war zwar nicht unbedingt nötig, dennoch wird an vielen anderen Stellen sichtbar Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Die Ausstattung eignet sich auch gut für längere Aufenthalte; insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Fazit: Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, besonders aufgrund der zentralen Lage.

Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Das Personal war sehr nett und wirklich hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen und Anliegen könnten wir uns immer melden. Die Zimmer waren auch sehr sauber. Es lagen immer Fische Handtücher bereit. Insgesamt sind wir wirklich positiv beeindruckt. Sollten wir erneut nach Hanoi kommen so wird diese Hotel unsere erste Wahl sein.
