We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was clean and well-appointed, the service was top-notch and the breakfast simply amazing! The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet it is within walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and some really nice restaurants. Will stay here again if we come to Hanoi!

The property was tucked away in a perfect location in Hanoi Old Quarter. After a 20 hr flight from Canada we arrived to a spacious, quiet suite with a very comfortable bed and ‘the best’ pillows! We found most, if not all, sights we wanted to see were in walking distance or a trip on the Hop On/Off bus took us there. As the street traffic (for walking in the evening) can be a bit overwhelming (but safe) we dined exclusively at the restaurant that adjoined the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also served here. All food offerings were very good and table service was top-notch. We highly recommend staying at DeSyloia when you visit Hanoi

レトロな雰囲気の高級ホテル

チェックインは事前にカード払いにしていたので、スムーズでした。 お部屋は広くて快適でした。ライト、電話や調度品はデザインに凝ったものが使用されていて、ちょっとレトロなテーマでホテル全体がデザインされているように感じました。 City view側の部屋で、一面ガラス張りになっていて景色がよく見えました。 お掃除は行き届いていました。アメニティ類も十分に準備されていました。 毎日Welcomeフルーツが置かれていました。 朝食はバイキング形式でしたが、フォーは注文して食べることができました。注文して提供してもらえるメニューがテーブルの上に置いてあります。 素晴らしい滞在となりました。

部屋は広くて清潔でした。 ウェルカムフルーツも毎日置いてくれてました。お腹がいっぱいで食べれなかったけど、気分はすごく良かったです。お水も毎日無料で2本ずつ置いてくれてました。ファンが少しうるさかったのが気になりましたが、それ以外はスタッフの皆さんもすごく親切だったし、朝食もすごく良かったので、もしまたハノイに行くことがあれば利用したいですし、行く人がいればオススメしたいです。
