In Hanoi, the CLASSYC Hotel checks all those boxes and more! Every staff member we interacted with, from the front desk to the dining room to housekeeping was exceptional. They clearly hold themselves to a higher standard. They reached out ahead of our trip and helped arrange seamless airport transfer. And booked a terrific walking food tour. The breakfast spread is bountiful and daily housekeeping kept our room sparkling clean. We’d like to give a special shout out to Arthur who helped us navigate Hanoi each day. I stayed here for six days in September 20 25. Everything about the hotel is excellent! It is a small boutique hotel. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable.
