They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! Wr really appreciated everything!

Séjour au calme

Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

料金的にとてもリーズナブルだったので、期待をしていなかったのですが、期待以上に快適なホテルでした。ワンフロアーに３室で９階建てのこじんまりとしたホテルですが、隅々まで清潔に管理されており、スタッフの方は全員がとても感じがよく親切でした。日本出発前に、ノイバイ空港からホテルまでの経路を相談した際も、とても親切丁寧にアドバイスをいただきました。一点だけお伝えするとすれば、Expediaなどで使われている客室のイメージ画像は、たぶん広い部屋だと思います。私が宿泊した部屋は、ここまで広くなかったので、ここはカテゴリー別にイメージ画像を変えたほうがゲストへの印象が良いと思います。朝食レストランもこじんまりしていて、派手さはありませんが、必要かつ十分な量と質でした。次に行くときもまた使いたいと思えるホテルでした。

チェックインの時間より早く着いてしまいましたが、急いで準備してくださいました。外は暑かったのでロビーで待たせてもらいましたが、その間もスタッフの方がフレンドリーに話しかけてくださり、あっという間でした。お部屋はシンプルで清潔感があり、バスタブがあるので湯船に浸かることができます。あと日本のテレビも契約してくれているのか、見ることができるので日本人には特にオススメしたいです。また利用します。

Great place with a great staff. It’s clean and nicely located and quiet. Rooms are very very nice and it feels like a luxury accommodation. And the breakfast is amazing. I normally don’t take hotel breakfast if offered but this is one I really love.

6日間滞在いたしました。 小さなホテルでしたが、心がこもっている素晴らしいホテルです。 部屋の掃除時間も決まりなくて、私達がいない時間帯にしてくれるので、出かけて戻ったら、いつも綺麗になっていました。 朝食も美味しいです。日本食とベトナム食を味わせます。 帰りにも朝食の持ち帰りまでいただきました。 従業員の方は、いつも優しく声をかけてくれます。マイホームの感じがしました。 こんなにしてくれるホテルは初めてです。 値段以上のホテルです。 ホテルからタクシーで10分で有名なハノイ観光地があります。 ハノイに行くなら、必ずこのホテルに泊まります。 本当にお勧めです！

Highly recommended

I'd certainly stay here again when in Hanoi. The hotel itself is clean, nicely furnished, quiet and with very friendly and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is fine, near lots of cafes on Viet Vuong, and good pho places up and down the street. The Old Town is a 20-30 minute walk, which suited me perfectly, as being right in the thick of the Old Town means too much noise, high costs and all that goes with it. Would highly recommend this place.
