"Had a lovely stay here as was down to visit Emma Bridgewater. The hotel was central with excellent parking across the road . we had a lovely twin room which was spacious and modern and clean . The reception staff were friendly and helpful . A nice busy bar with friendly staff which we enjoyed a drink in in the evening . The staff are simply the best - across the board from the reception, restaurant team, bar staff, function 'master of ceremony' - even the housekeeping team, could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful, courteous and keen to go above and beyond the make ours and the rest of the guests stay a thoroughly excellent experience. "Parking right next to the hotel, right next door to the service station with Casta, WHsmiths, Mcdonalds and mini Asda at the far end. Inside the room was silent; no traffic noise at all. Beds are comfy, place is clean and tidy and wardrobe space with hamgers provided. Bathroom small but functional, hot water ran quickly and water pressure was good.
