A really beautiful hotel. Tastefully designed and spacious. It was really good value for money. My only complaint would be that there should be someone on reception that speaks English, and who takes an active interest in how you’re getting on. Otherwise the staff were lovely, just a bit distant. There was one great lady but we only saw her twice.

Good, spacious room but no English speakers

The hotel is quite new and well taken care of but it’s not suitable to non-mandarin speakers nor for business travelers. The service was generally poor and checkin took about 30min. When asking to get a shirt and pants cleaned they delayed the delivery to mid day the day after which caused me to almost miss a meeting. It’s also not a hotel for business travellers as there are no amenities like a desk in the room or a small business centre.

入住房間得時候有點意外的發現 整體房內的陳設極度舒適, 一股江南文靜風情的舒適感在房內的色調 陳設 隱隱的散發出來, 整體飯店十分的新穎, 非常的乾淨, 也提供舒適的床鋪 (枕頭很好睡) 如果是下雨的天氣 帶本書可以在這待上一整天 唯一的小弱點是早餐感覺十分的不可口, 但周圍都是食肆 飯店, 酒吧 並不影響早上需要覓食的需求

Business trip

Nice hotel, though a bit expensive for this type in comparison with other similar hotels, breakfast is also additional cost. Big kudos for the staff in the reception who bring me to buy contact lenses.

Lovely hotel, nice room, but very bad location. It’s not close to the West Lake or anything in town. Also the name of the hotel is “Tea boutique” but not even a single cup of tea was offered. Will not return.

Front desk has little info about tourist info and had little experience about the area!!! The hotel is relatively expensive than other hotel in the area with similar conditions. Breakfast has limited choices and expensive. Decided breakfast at restaurants nearby.

Good for a family trip

The hotel is in good condition. It has the amenities as food as those of at least a 4-star hotel, and it has special area for tea, a big bathtub, and spacious balcony. Service was good. There are many choices for food in the neighborhood. The only drawback might be getting a taxi during busy time, which can be difficult due to the location. If you drive then there is no problem at all!
