This was an amazing stay. Their breakfast was awesome!!!! Bed was very comfortable. Only one block walk from train station. Very close to Ginza, Diver City shopping complex and to Disney. It is about 45 mins train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya which is the only down side. If you don’t care about that then this hotel offers everything.
We would definitely come back again.

The hotel was old but people were so nice and safe even very close to station and many shopping stores, restaurants. The are main hotel building and hotel annex building. Two buildings are connected.

Everything in this hotel (bed, sofa) are low. There is no chair in the room. Dining has limited number of chair and seats in ordinary heights. Seats in the pictures are all low, as if we were living in Tatami (Japan) room.
