"WORST EXPERIENCE IN 40 years of travel. Their website was down so I couldn’t check in to this unmanned dump. The hotel didn’t answer my 10-30pm help request until 10-35am. And they refuse to offer a refund. So book this place if you want throw your money away. "It’s our second time staying at the Doubletree in Brighton. Whilst our room was great, large, and had a huge bed, it did unfortunately stink of stale cigarettes. I don’t think the room should have been assigned to guests unless it had been aired for a few days. In saying that, I know that this hotel is usually perfection so wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful room too."
