"Lovely hotel, room was big and spacious it had a very comfy bed, bathroom had a bath and shower. Great well equipped gym, huge pool, sauna and steamer all included in room rate for you to use at no extra price. Staff were all so polite and friendly. "Carol and Ceri looked after us very well, beginning with their greeting us at the front door on our arrival. The bed was comfortable and all room facilities excellent (lovely soft towels), except that the bedside lights are not bright enough for old eyes to read by. Breakfasts, prepared by Ceri, were top class; we really looked forward to coming downstairs each morning at 8.30. It was good to be made to feel part of the family, especially as we were able to chat to other guests at the breakfast...
"We booked here because it’s close to Preston Park where we were going for a 2 day Thai festival. It’s reasonable priced too. It’s under new management and being renovated. We are more than pleased with the service we received. All staff were happy and helpful. The parking is in the hotel grounds and safe. The bar is relaxed and comfortable with good quality draft beer and drinks. The breakfast/restaurant area is well lit and layout is good. The free breakfast is very good quality,freshly cooked...

"yes it was a lovely . we had a nice meal on friday night. the staff was very friendly, and the room nice and clean couldnt ask for a better place to stay , unfortunate we had to leave on the Saturday morning because of family ploblems back in Norwich , we were looking forward to staying till the morning morning . we will be back .
