"Great location 1 block from the beach. It's an older building and the rooms show their age, but for the price and convenience, it was a wonderful stay. It's not the Four Seasons, but it doesn't pretend to be either. Manage your expectations, and your stay will be fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The upgraded my stay to a two bedroom apartment for no extra charge...very thoughtful of them!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location, friendly staff, room was big with a lovely partial view of the ocean. Coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Desk staff was very helpful sharing info about the location and neighborhood food options. Will definitely be back and would stay longer than 1 night. Thank you Hampton House."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. Rooms were clean. The air conditioners worked but look unhealthy inside (?mold?). Gentleman from the office brought over a grill to use ❤️ Beds were decent. THE BACK PORCH however should have CAUTION tape at the door. It doesn't look safe. The front porch was great. The front stairs are sturdy, they are at such an angle that they're thin, more like one slat. We did have one guest slip, then a second one slipped as they tried to quickly help the first person. Just pay attention. I would rent again. Enjoy your stay."
