"It was clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to stay not too far from the arcades and beach area of Hampton. The bed was wicked comfy and the staff were very down to earth and I will definitely keep this place in mind if I head back there again. :) "
"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"We had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I’m very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at when I’ve been to the Hampton Beach."
"After reading not great reviews, wasnt sure about it. But....reviews were wrong. Cute little motel, quieter end, parking was great/easy, had fridge and micro (which we didnt expect), rooms clean, AC, owners were great. Will call direct next time for better rate. Close to everything ...check out Lola's (little deli a few doors down) GREAT PLACE AND PEOPLE!! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!!! Thanks!!"

The hotel is located next to a trucking company which is noisy at night.
There was a strong sewer odor in the room when we walked in on the second day after being away all day. We opened the windows and cleared it out. There is a plumbing vent problem which should be looked at.
