"Gym equipment was broken. Breakfast they said there would be yogurt and bread and eggs. I got down there there was 2 pieces old bread and a tray with dry egg pieces. The staff were in the back of the hotel cooking, however there was trash EVERYWHERE. Old packages of meat trays everywhere on the ground. It smelled so bad. 0/10 Staff was okay, but they lied about what they provided, and they are the ones causing the trash. They are cooking in the back of the hotel their dinner and throwing the garbage on the ground outside their door. They take those Otis psunkmeyer mini muffins the cake ones and put them on a tray individually for the staff to eat and they looked extremely old. I’ll never in my life go here again"

"We have stayed at Red Roofs many times before but this is by far the worst experience ever and it will be our last. The first room they put us in smell like fish we requested a change and we were next door to what sounded like two young men playing video games hollering back and forth on & cussing, my husband asked for extra pillows and we were told that we couldn't get any because they couldn't get to them, our room had chipped paint on the walls, the hair dryer Mount was off and the hair dryer was disgusting, there was mold on the ceiling, some kind of brown substance on the bathroom counter, the phone didn't work had to use my cell phone to call the front desk at like 11:30 at night to tell the kids next door to keep it down because they were still going at it. They turned it down a little bit but we could still hear then going on until about 3:00 in the morning. NEVER AGAIN ANYWHERE "

"There was no one at the check in...outside doors were locked. We could only get inside to check in (after about 5 minutes) due to a returning patron. Our refrigerator didn't work at all, the compressor would kick in every 5 mins or so and rattle VERY loudly. No tissues in the room. Room was clean and AC worked well..sufficient for one night stay"

"Hotel staff is exceptional across the board. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. Unfortunately, only 2 out of 6 of the dryers work, and the elevator has been out of order for approximately one week. Although these issues are out of the control of the hotel staff, they are very apologetic to the guests."
