The young woman who checked us in on May 16, 2024 was excellent. She was professional, pleasant, and had to deal with a lot of people needing her attention. The original room we were given had not been cleaned even though it showed it had been on her computer. The minute she found out, she was very apologetic assigning us another room which she personally checked to be sure it had been cleaned. Also, when we’re checking in there were 4-5 people in front of us and a couple behind us. She remained polite, patient and professional with everyone while efficiently getting everyone checked in and answering their questions. A real gem of an employee.

Friendly staff, patient when explaining rules on arrival. Great breakfast! Areas kept clean. Hotel room phone had no phone cord but I walked to desk and got what I needed (shower cap).
